What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. Tasks include:

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances

  • Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair

  • Respond promptly to resident service requests

  • Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking dependable professionals with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance

  • Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Full-time availability, including ability to be on-call

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
