Our Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to ensure the daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of our multi-family housing complexes by effectively managing budgets and staffing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Comply with all local, state and federal laws to include all Fair Housing requirements.
- Maximize the interior and exterior appearance and condition of the property within the budget guidelines.
- Maintain all aspects of the property to maximize its useful life and minimize the necessity for repairs.
- Be responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
- Assist Property Manager in scheduling and performance of annual inspections and schedule maintenance of all equipment based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and operating manuals.
- Manage the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the property’s marketing and leasing efforts.
- Secure and maintain required training certifications needed to comply with site specific regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, monitor, and ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed in a timely and effective manner and in compliance with site specific regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Full time maintenance experience or training in all areas associated with maintaining equipment and structures.
Knowledge and compliance with regulations for handling, storing and disposal of any chemicals or hazardous materials.
2 years of Supervisor experience in Maintenance or similar field.
Valid Driver’s License.
